Today we have released an update that adds the ability for members to submit a paused payment request via the mobile app and for you, the admin, to action those pause requests via the Admin Portal.

From the mobile app members can now go to their profile screen and from the extra action menu they have a new option "Pause Requests"

From the Pause Requests screen the member can see a list of previous pause requests, if the pause is not yet approved they can edit the request.

Member: Submitting a pause request
From the pause requests screen the member can click the "New Pause Request" button to submit a new pause request. The member must supply a start date, end date and a note when submitting the request.

Once submitted the member will get a confirmation and the gym admin will receive an Admin Notification that a new pause request has been submitted.
Admin Portal: Handling pause requests
Once a member has submitted a pause request the gym admin can handle them in the admin portal by going to Admin > Pause Requests. From this screen you will see a list of pending pause requests as well as the ability to view previously approved or denied pause requests.

From the admin portal Pause Requests screen you can approve and deny requests by clicking the checkbox at the end of the row for either the Approve or Deny column and then clicking the "Approve / Deny" button at the bottom of the screen.
When actioned as approved the pause request will be converted into a payment pause on the member profile.
Please note: The member will then be notified via email that their pause request has been action

If you would rather not have your members submitting pause requests then you can disable the pause requests feature from the Admin > Pause Requests screen by clicking the "Disable Feature" button in the top right of the screen.
If the feature is already disabled and you want to enable it you can do so the same way as described above except the button will be labeled "Enable Feature".
