Gym Mate now includes the ability to add terms that are specific to a membership. You, the admin, can set these terms against each membership in the Admin Portal. When a prospective member signs up via a membership specific signup link, the membership specific terms are shown as part of the Terms and Conditions on the signup form. Once signed, those terms are included in the Terms and Waiver PDF that is attached to the member’s profile.

Admin Portal: Setting membership specific terms
From the Admin Portal go to Memberships > Manage Memberships and open the membership you want to update.
Scroll to the Membership Terms section and click Edit Content to add or update the terms for that membership. You can use this for things like minimum contract length, membership specific conditions, or any other wording that only applies to that plan.
When you are done, save the membership.

Please note: Membership specific terms are optional. If you leave them blank, the signup form will continue to show your standard Terms and Conditions only.
Signup form: Viewing membership specific terms
At this stage, membership specific terms are only displayed when the member is signing up via a membership specific signup link. On the standard signup form the membership is selected after the Terms and Conditions and waiver are shown, so membership specific terms cannot be included there.
When a prospective member uses a membership specific signup link for a membership that has membership specific terms set, those terms are appended to your standard Terms and Conditions on the signup form.
The member reviews the full terms in the Terms and Conditions box, ticks I agree with the above terms, and continues with the rest of the signup as usual — including the liability waiver and signature where those are enabled.

After the member completes signup and signs the terms, the membership specific terms are included as part of the signed Terms and Waiver PDF attached to their member profile.
This means the record on the member’s profile reflects both your standard terms and the terms that applied to the membership they signed up for.
